The school celebrated Harvest Festival at St Barnabus Church. We enjoyed sharing poems, artwork and, of course, popular Harvest songs such as 'Cauliflowers Fluffy' and 'Big, Red, Combine Harvester'.  Excalibur class shared how Harvest is celebrated around the world.

Looking at the work of Georgia O'Keeffe, to create artworks that feature bold, vibrant pigments of colour using natural shapes.

Taking the images created in our minds from our poetry recitals to create complimentary pieces – we hope to upload some of the practice recitals below too (stay tuned!)

Excalibur class have been developing their skills and knowledge in invasion games this half-term in PE.  They have been practising dribbling and shooting skills along with developing tactics in playing mini-games of football.

Tasting Stroop waffles and home-made apple cake as part of our recent languages celebrations.

The Year 4 children have been looking at Living things and their Habitats in Science.  In groups, they created some great Classification Keys.
