Countess Gytha Primary School is located in the picturesque village of Queen Camel, near Yeovil in Somerset.
The primary school in Queen Camel is named Countess Gytha Primary School and is open to all children between 4 and 11 years. The staff and governors of the primary school aim to provide a safe, caring, happy and well-organised learning environment, in which children can acquire knowledge, develop skills and form positive attitudes.
We are a busy and friendly school, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for parents, pupils and the community.
