Through exploring a wide range of careers and professions, we aim to broaden children’s horizons and help them understand the many exciting opportunities that could be available to them in the future. From scientists and engineers to artists, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers and performers, we want our children to see that there is no limit to what they can achieve.

By introducing children to different workplaces, skills and role models, we help them develop ambition, confidence and resilience. We encourage our pupils to understand that success comes through determination, hard work and self-belief. Most importantly, we want every child to know that their background should never limit their future and that, with effort and perseverance, they really can achieve anything they set their minds to.
